III. RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES

Brief Description of Activity
1 Participate in a Job Fair On April 10, 2012, our SEU participated in and was
a media sponsor of a job fair hosted by the Texas
Workforce Commission at the Amarillo Civic Center.
Our SEU purchased a booth which was staffed by
SEU representatives who spoke with job seekers
about career opportunities in broadcasting and job
openings within the SEU. SEU participants
included our Sales Manager and a number of
Account Executives. Our SEU donated Public
Service Announcements preceding and during this
event and its representatives interviewed exhibitors
on the stations in the SEU throughout the week of
this event.

3 Internship Program Our SEU hosts an on-going internship program and
our Program Directors communicate with Amarillo
College, West Texas A&M, and other schools on a
regular basis in search of interested students.
During this reporting period, our SEU is hosting one
student intern from Amarillo College who began his
internship at the beginning of February 2013. He is
supervised by our Operations Manager and our
KQIZ-FM Program Director and assists with tasks
such as running the board for live broadcasts,
production and the loading of spots.
